I have heard recently that having a very average sex life (once or twice a week) is more beneficial than those who have a more active (say 4 times a week) sex life, according to recent research. Apparently people who have sex more frequently have lower immunity. This is because very active sex lives is usually associated with less stable relationships and the stress that comes with it. The stress is what causes the low immunity.

People who have moderate sex lives seem to be more secure in their relationships and therefore the immune-boosting protein lgA is stimulated which may help protect you from cancer.

So ladies, if you are not in a relationship at the moment, I suggest you get on the ‘dating‘ wagon now so that you can establish a solid long term relationship as soon as possible. Pinkfridge has great advice for people from all walks of life. Things like dating for seniors or dating for bigger ladies and dating for different cultures. We also cover unconventional dating so you have no excuse to hide at home.

I find this stuff so interesting but you may not. Let me know what you think?
