If you’re looking for wholesale lingerie there are various options. One is to go through an online mart - there are loads of them. Pampered Passions (USA) has a wholesale lingerie program which enables retailers to save time and money by placing one order instead of several for the variety of brand lingerie it offers. This includes Chantelle, Cosabella and I.D. Sarieri.

If you’re planning on buying wholesale lingerie to set up your own company – a lingerie party business, for example - the company reminds potential buyers that they need to have a valid reseller’s licence and tax I.D. and that if they are outside the US, they have to wire payment before delivery. The company offers discounts of up to 40% in its first tier ordering system (minimum first order $5,000 and $500 thereafter).

Then there’s the option of going straight to the manufacturer, such as Shirley of Hollywood, which does not sell directly to the public. The name was bought up from a retiring customer in the 1970s by entrepreneur Herman Schlobohm and is now a well-established family business. It might also be possible to approach some smaller manufacturers who do not yet wholesale and practice the art of business persuasion on them. Whatever option you go for, lingerie is an increasingly lucrative avenue of commerce.
