The original Clean Perfume was created and introduced to the world of fragrances in April 2003 by Dlish Fragrance Inc. The scent was inspired by the fresh, clean smell of soap and that ‘fresh out of the shower’ feeling.
The founder of Clean, Randi Shinder, is said to have designed the scent because he felt there was a real lack of fresh, ‘just washed’ perfumes on the market. Following the development of Clean, Shinder then went off to develop her own successful line of fragrances.
The Original Clean Perfume brings together soft notes of white musk with rose geranium, pink grapefruit, sweet lime, litsea cubeba and orange. Visit the official website by clicking here.
The Clean eau de toilette combines a gentle blend of calabrian bergamot, night jasmine, green wild berry, sweet orange, grapefruit, lime, neroli and rose damascenia. Hints of English lavender, geranium and violet can be detected with warm musk undertones.
Another fragrance to be created by Clean is Clean Sweet Layer. This is a sweet and fresh scent and is said to exude a wonderfully unique aroma when worn together with the original Clean Perfume. Clean Sweet Layer enjoys a subtle blend of sweet orange, lime, grapefruit, neroli and rose.
The phenomenon does not stop there - Clean has produced other exclusive and successful fragrances, for instance, Clean Ultimate. This scent enjoys a warmer and more intense aroma, and its main component is a fusion of juicy notes of Provencial lemon and bergamot with floral scents of jasmine, white rose and lavender. Musk and neroli add warmth and depth to this fragrance.
Baby Girl Perfume by Clean is another fresh but youthful fragrance. It combines interesting hints of lemon, orange, cyclamen, Egyptian geranium, African violet, heliotrope, lavender, ylang ylang and cinnamon with cedar and white musk undertones.
An innovative alternative to the usual spray fragrance is the Clean Perfume Oil. This is a concentrated scent with a sweeter and softer aroma its sister fragrances, and is described as a light and airy perfume.
Clean perfume has not only been a successful hit with consumers in the fragrance market, but has also got the attention of some of the biggest Hollywood stars including Cameron Diaz and Charlize Theron.
