Calvin Klein, one of the most famous designers in the fashion industry, has been behind the creation of some of the most successful perfumes and colognes on the market.

Renowned in the fashion world for his clever and innovative ideas, Klein took the industry one step further in the mid nineties by bravely introducing the world’s first ever Unisex fragrance, CKOne. This ground-breaking Calvin Klein perfume was launched in 1994 and marketed to both men and women. Its refreshing and fruity scent of papaya, jasmine and pineapple won the hearts of consumers and helped to break new ground in the perfumery market.

Since then, of course, Calvin Klein has produced many other well known and successful perfumes. Launched in 1985, Obsession is one of the earliest perfumes to be introduced. This was recognised for its 'refreshing' and 'oriental' aroma. A blend of oriental spices is combined with amber, vanilla, oak moss and orange blossom, making this a warm and feminine scent. Two years later Klein’s played his ace card and released the brilliant Eternity perfume range.

Escape perfume, launched in 1991, is marketed as an 'aquatic' and 'luxurious' fragrance and is recommended to be worn for those more romantic occasions. The intense aroma is created by combining a fruity blend of peach, plum, apple and mandarin with warm musky under tones.

After the successful launch of CKOne, Calvin Klein decided to unleash a second Unisex perfume, CK Be. Although this scent was designed for both men and women, its ingredients have given way to a predominantly masculine scent, with its woody aroma and sandalwood and musk tones.

Contradiction by Calvin Klein, a light floral scent, was introduced into the market in 1997. This tantalizing fragrance is a mixture of rose, satin wood and sandalwood, with a suggestion of pepper to give it that spicy kick.

The Calvin Klein brand name continues to be recognised all over the world for its exquisite quality. This high quality is evident in all of its fragrances and perfumes. Each perfume has its own unique smell making the range one of the most easily recognisable on the market.
