Why do I need a maternity pillow ?

A maternity pillow supports your growing belly and your lower back in the later stages when the sheer weight of your belly can cause lots of discomfort. Finding a comfortable sleeping position can be particularly difficult and a maternity pillow can both make sleep easier and alleviate back pain.

Pregnancy pillows come in a variety of fabrics and fillings but a 100 percent natural cotton cover and a hypo allergenic, high-loft, high-yield polyfill combination is usually a good option as it will be machine washable and yet retain its shape and bounce.
