It seems that some people only worry about the wrinkles on their face and completely neglect the skin on all the other parts of the body that are prone to the signs of aging. Whilst it is true that the skin on your face is constantly exposed to light and therefore is likely to age at a greater rate than other areas of skin, wrinkles on other parts of the body can also give away your age.
One part of the body that can give your age away at a glance is the neck. Without thorough cleansing, moisturizing and, this area will age and wrinkle extremely easily. So if you don't want to go round in a roll neck sweater for the rest of your life, start to take as much care of you neck as you do your face.
The hands are another age-revealing part of your body. As you grow older, the hands are prone to developing unsightly age spots (sometimes referred to as sun spots or liver spots). These are flat, dark brown areas of skin caused by exposure to the sun. Whilst they can form on other areas of skin such as the face, they are most frequently seen on the hands.
To prevent wrinkles on the skin of the hands, wear a good hand cream that contains UVA and UVB protection. This will also help reduce the development of sun spots, too. Cocoa butter is also believed to help keep the hands looking smooth and youthful.
