It may be possible to get a free psychic reading at a psychic fair where a vendor may give you a ten minute sample reading and then you can book for a full reading.

Astrology sites, which sell reports on past lives, karma, ideal partner etc, usually give sample readings and then you can pay for the fuller, more detailed reading.
